Our stud services are offered with fresh chilled which can be delivered overnight to the bitch's vet for AI. All collection, certification and delivery will be handled by A California Accredited Licensed Veterinerian at San Joaquin Veterinary Hospital in Bakersfield California, 661-588-3299
Stud fees:
Pick of the litter, or an agreed priced between stud owner & bitch owner.
Bitch owner pays for All Collection & semen shipping fees if Artificial Incemination is used
3 Live puppies constitures a litter. If only 2 puppies is born alive there is no stud fee., & there must be written documintaion by a licensed veterinerian to assist in this claim.
Mis B-Haven Doodles assumes no responsibility for injury, illness or death associated with breeding.
Mis B-Haven Doodles requires that a pedigree, most recent CERF certification, or PRA-DNA Certification, most recent OFA or Penn-Hipp Scores, be faxed, emailed, or mailed to us prior to any legal binding agreement.
If pick puppy is chosen in lieu of stud fee, we reserve the right to pick puppy before any of the puppies are allocated. We reserve the right to sell or keep the puppy. We reserve the right to name the puppy including the use of the prefix "Mis B-Haven Doodles"
Bitch owner agrees to do early spay and neuter on all puppies sold as companion dogs prior to sending them home with their new owners or sold with strict spay & neuter contract by the time the puppies are 6 months of age. If a puppy is being sold to a home with breeding rights Mis B-Haven Doodles must be notified, & We must approve the breeder. Bitche's Owner may keep a puppy for breeding in their own breeding program
Bitch owner will not transfer ownership of any pup resulting from this breeding to any person or organization whose intent is to re-sell, trade or give away the puppy or use it in laboratory experiments. If bitch owner fails to comply with this provision, he/she shall pay to the stud dog owner $5,000.00 in liquidated damages for the harm done to the reputation of the stud dog, the stud dog owner and the breed in general.
Full and Final Agreement
The parties agree that this writing represents the entire agreement between them and that no other representations, either oral or written have been made regarding this breeding contract. The parties further agree that no changes in this contract shall be binding upon either of them without written modifications signed by both parties.

Stud owner agrees to the following.
Stud owner will make any & every effort to make sure the semen is at your Veterinarian's office by the requested date. It is out of our control if the Stud dog is unable to be collected on requested day, but we will make every effort to collect useable & live semen from the contracted stud dog.
Stud owner will supply bitch owner with pedigree, & all health test results for the contracted Stud dog.
Stud owner will supply a jpeg format photo of contracted stud dog to bitch owner.
Any & all puppies are guaranteed through Bitch owner, & Stud owner is not responsible for health guarantee or contracts for puppies resulting in this breeding.
